If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can return the order in its original condition within 30 days, no questions asked. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping fee (if any). There are no refunds or exchanges for Digital Downloads but if there is an issue with your download, do reach out and we will be happy to help.
Exchanging fabric or other materials
If you would like to exchange the fabric in your order, you will need to return the fabric unused back to us before we can send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns for Stitch a Photo orders as these are customized orders.
