Once shipped, it will take about 4-6 business days for most international destinations. Delays however may occur with border restrictions, weather issues, custom checks and the COVID-19 pandemic.

We ship worldwide via FedEx. If your country is not listed during checkout, please send us a message and we will check if it's possible for us to ship to your country.
Once shipped, delivery to most international destinations will take about 4-6 business days. Your delivery can be delayed due to COVID-19, weather conditions, custom checks or holidays.
Import Tax and Duties
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Art of Stitch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
For returns/exchanges, do send us an email prior to returning the order so that we can provide you with the details.
We accept returns within 30 days from date of receipt.
