2. Click My Account at the top right hand corner to go to your Order History Page.
3. Click the Order number that you wish to track.
4. Click the tracking URL provided in the order.
For Guests with no Accounts:
Once your order is shipped, you will received a Shipping Update e-mail with the tracking link. Keep that email and click the link anytime you want to track your order. Do check your spam folder as well in case our email lands there.
For Standard Tracked shipping, tracking updates will stop after it departs the local country and will start again once it reaches the destination country. Courier shipping will have more detailed tracking.

3. Bank transfer to DBS, POSB and OCBC for Singaporeans and Maybank2U for Malaysians.
You'll find our bank details after you've successfully checked out. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org once transfer is done. Orders are automatically cancelled on the next day if payment is not received.
If you would like to exchange your order for another, you will need to return to us the previous order in its original sealed condition and make a separate order for the new item. If the new item you wish to purchase has a higher price than the returned item, you will only need to settle the difference. If the amount is lower, we will give you a refund of the difference. Shipping fee (if any) for the previous order will not be credited.
