If you need more information on a particular product, simply send us a message through our contact us page with the item name and brand. We will reply to you within 24 hours.


Can I change it to my currency?

There is a currency box at the bottom left hand corner of our website. You can choose your currency. Do take note that your currency will show all the way up to your shopping cart but at the last page where you checkout, it will revert back to Singapore Dollars which is our default currency.

I can't find what I'm looking for.

If you can't find what I'm looking for, the product is probably out of stock or discontinued. You can send us a message to check if we're bringing in the product again.

I'm out of threads!

If you bought any of the kits that are not manufactured by The Art of Stitch, you will need to approach that company to get extra threads. They are usually happy to provide you with complimentary threads.

For kits manufactured by The Art of Stitch, please send us an email on your order number, the kit that you need threads for and the list of DMC threads codes that you need. We will send you the extra threads free of charge.

How to redeem Discount Coupons

To redeem a discount coupon, simply type the code during checkout under ORDER SUMMARY (right hand side). Only one discount coupon can be used per shopping cart.


How to redeem Gift cards

Gift cards can be redeemed during checkout under BILL & PAYMENT. You can redeem all or partial of the Gift card amount and there is no expiry date. This option disappears after you have chosen your payment method. To see it again, click Edit for Bill & Payment.


How do I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:-

1. Major credits cards such as VISA, Master Card, AMEX, JCB, Diners and Discover.

2. PayPal.
3. Bank transfer to DBS, POSB and OCBC for Singaporeans only. You'll find our bank details after you've successfully checked out. Payment must be received within 24 hours for your order to be processed. However if you are facing any issues, do let us know so we can extend the payment period.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Since our items can be a little bulky, PO boxes are not recommended as mailing addresses.

When will you ship out my order?

We ship out orders every day 2-3 days.

When will I get my items?

Here are the approximate delivery times for standard delivery. Express Mail Service will take about 3-8 days.

Singapore: 4-10 business days
Malaysia: 2-4 business days
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Important: Do note that the estimated delivery time applies when the order leaves our store. If your order is subjected to custom checks, it can take a few more days for it to reach you. Also do take note that during the holiday seasons like Christmas and year end, orders tend to take a longer time to reach its destination.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can. We are now offering the option to choose registered shipping for all orders. Standard delivery is without tracking at a lower rate.

I don't like what I ordered. Can I return it?

Of course you can! You can return it for a full refund or do an exchange. Orders are to be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in its original sealed condition.

The only product we can't accept returns are Stitch a Photo orders as these are customized orders and PDF downloads.

Exchanging an item

If you would like to exchange your order for another, you will need to return to us the previous order in its original sealed condition and make a separate order for the new item. If the new item you wish to purchase has a higher price than the returned item, you will only need to settle the difference. If the amount is lower, we will give you a refund of the difference. Shipping fee (if any) for the previous order will not be credited.
