There are no refunds or exchanges for Download items but if there is an issue with your download, we will be happy to help.

Exchanging fabric or other materials

If you would like to exchange the fabric in your order, you will need to return the fabric unused back to us before we can send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns for Stitch a Photo orders as these are customized orders.
