International Shipping Rates
We provide flat-rate shipping to all destinations around the world. Our reliable courier partners are FedEx, DHL, UPS and Aramex.
Estimated delivery time is about 2-8 Business Days for most destinations. Do take note that some out of delivery areas can take a few days more.
There are some countries that we are unable to ship to. If your country rate isn’t listed, do reach out to us, and we’ll check if we can deliver to your location.
Import Tax and Duties (United States Only)
US Tariffs have been added to your shipping fee at a subsidized fee of $5 and your order will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) — meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees, no customs paperwork, and no surprise charges upon delivery. If the tariffs are more than $5, we will help to settle the difference for you at no charge.
Import Tax and Duties (International)
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Do take note that we are not able to accept PO boxes as delivery addresses.
Possible Delays to Shipping
Deliveries may experience delays of several days due to unforeseen circumstances such as custom clearances, severe weather, public holidays, or if the destination falls outside the standard delivery zones.
