Store Credit is issued in your local currency (the currency of your order), so the amount may look slightly different because of exchange rates.

Cashback is added to your account within 24 hours and is valid for 3 years from the date it is issued.

If you haven't received an email confirming your Store Credit after 24 hours, please contact us. Check your junk or spam folder too, just in case the email took the scenic route.

Your cart currency must match your Store Credit currency. Store Credit only appears at checkout when your order is in the same currency as your credit. Your checkout currency is set by your delivery country.

How to use your Store Credit

1. Log in to your account before you check out.
2. Go to checkout as normal. Don't use the express payment buttons at the top (Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay).
3. If Shop Pay prompts you to pay without letting you see your credit, click checkout as guest.
4. Choose the address you are shipping to. As long as your address matches the currency of the store credit, your credit will appear.
5. Click on store credit to apply it. Now you can click on Shop Pay if that's how you want to make payment. The store credit will now apply for Shop Pay.

How to check your balance
Log in, click Profile, and your balance is shown in the top-right corner. Click the amount to see your credit history.

If your Store Credit doesn't appear
Check that your cart currency matches your credit, then log out and back in. If it still doesn't show, place your order and add a note telling us how much Store Credit to use (all of it or a specific amount), or email us right after ordering. We'll refund that amount to your original payment method and deduct it from your balance.

Every order earns you cashback as Store Credit. It's our way of saying thank you!

Terms & Conditions

1. Store Credit is valid for 3 years from the date it is issued.
2. Store Credit is issued in the currency of your order.
3. Store Credit can only be used for purchases on our store.
4. Cashback is added to your account within 24 hours. If you haven't received it after 24 hours, please contact us.
5. Cashback can't be earned on refunded or exchanged items, and is cancelled if the order is cancelled or refunded.
6. Cashback can't be exchanged for cash.
7. We may change or end the cashback programme and its terms at any time.
