You can choose to purchase just the PDF, printed chart or a full kit with all the materials included. Do take note that printed chart and kit will include the PDF as well with compliments.
Upon receiving the order, we will further refine your pattern to make it smoother and easier to stitch without extra charges.
After we provided the final stitched photo, any changes may or may not be subjected to extra charges:-
- Change of size
- Removal of Background
- Removal of Words
- Adding words (depends on the amount of space. Small spaces will use the backstitch design as words)
Stitch a photo designs are based solely on the photo provided. We are not able to change the skin color, shadows, color accents as this will disrupt the balance of colours for each pattern.

What do you get in the Kit?
Your Cross Stitch Kit includes an A4 sized Color Symbol Chart, Pre-sorted DMC threads, white Aida fabric, Needle/s, Metallic Kreinik thread (optional to use) and easy instructions.
Customizing Your Chart:
Do take note that our designs whether standard or larger symbols are still printed on A4 size loose papers. Larger symbols will result to double or more pages. We print on both sides of the paper unless requested otherwise.
We are currently still in the process of updating our store to include Customize your chart. If the product you would like to get is yet to be updated, drop us a msg with the title and we'll update your design first.
