A PDF download link is provided instantly after checkout and sent to your email (check spam). For orders paid with bank transfers, PDFs are only available after payment is received.

Unfortunately for digital downloads, we have a no-return policy. However if there is an issue with your chart, do let us know and we will replace the chart for you.

All of our charts (if not ordered as a Kit) are digital downloads, deliverable via a link and an email. A printed chart is provided if you purchase a Kit.

We don’t label our designs by skill level because we believe anyone can stitch them—thanks to our clear, easy-to-follow charts. With the exception of larger pieces like the 21" x 25" Nova Orbis Tabula, most of our kits are suitable even for beginners.

If you're new to cross stitch, you can use the size of the design as a guide: the larger the piece, the more time and dedication it may take. To ease in, try our bookmarks, minis, or circular kits. Medium-sized projects (around 11–14 inches) also make a great place to start!

Absolutely! You can stitch our designs on any fabric count, not just 14 or 18-count. The only changes will be the finished size and thread needed. If you need fabric or thread calculations for a different count, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
