We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Your refund can made back to either your payment method or store credit within 7 days after your return is received.

International Customers: If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We recommend using registered mail with tracking for added security. Please note that we are unable to process returns that have not been authorized in advance.

To start your return, click here to access the order in your account. For returns only, you will need to login via email OTP. Once logged in, go to orders and open the order. Click Manage to Request Return.

Not loving your kit? Then return it to us anytime within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in its original, unused condition.

The shipping label for the return will be emailed to you. Do check your junk folder in case our emails land there.
