Champenois by Alphonse Mucha is an iconic poster created in 1897 for the Champagne house Chandon, which was part of the larger trend of Art Nouveau advertisements that combined commercial appeal with fine art. The poster is one of Mucha's most celebrated works, exemplifying his signature style—graceful figures, intricate floral patterns, and flowing lines—all while promoting a luxurious product.

What is the skill level of this kit?

We have had a few requests from some customers to label our designs with their skill level i.e. beginner, intermediate or advanced. Whilst this would helpful to some, we feel that organizing our designs this way will impede your ability to try something new. Our designs are done with your comfort in mind, the symbols are clear and easy, the color blocks help, there are less confetti or none at all and they are so easy to read and refer to. Except for a handful huge endeavors such as Nova Orbis Tabula most of our designs are perfect for beginners or advanced stitchers.
