Each kit is handmade with care to ensure the best quality.

Processing time:
-An order of 1–3 kits: 1–2 days
-An order of 4 or more kits: 2–3 days

Shipping:
-Delivery takes 4–8 days for most destinations
-Shipped via FedEx, Aramex, UPS, or DHL
-Tracking provided for all orders

You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return your order, no questions asked. Orders must be returned in its original sealed condition.

The only product we can't accept returns are Stitch a Photo orders and PDF downloads.

Promotions and Discount Codes are two types of benefits in our store.

Promotions are limited time offers that may require a code or may be automatically applied at checkout. Promotions are shared first via our newsletter and then to our social media, and website. Sometimes, promotions can be combined, while other times, only the best available offer will apply.

Discount codes are exclusive offers sent personally to individual customers when issued—such as upon joining as a member or during special events throughout the year. Customers who purchase their first kit will also receive a special, exclusive lifetime code that can be used on every future order. Discount codes are stackable and can be used alongside any current promotion.

You can choose to have gift wrap for individual kits or for your whole order.

- If you select gift wrap for just one kit (for example, out of 5), only that kit will be wrapped.

- If you’d like 2 or 3 kits wrapped together in one package or the whole order wrapped together, please leave instructions in the notes section at checkout.

14-count Aida: 14 stitches per inch; larger holes make it easier for beginners. Finished pieces are bigger.

18-count Aida: 18 stitches per inch; smaller holes give more detail but can be harder to work with. Finished pieces are smaller.

All of our designs are Counted Cross Stitch, not stamped, so you will need to refer to the chart and stitch on a blank Aida fabric.
