What is the skill level of this kit?

We have had a few requests from some customers to label our designs with their skill level i.e. beginner, intermediate or advanced. Whilst this would helpful to some, we feel that organizing our designs this way will impede your ability to try something new. Our designs are done with your comfort in mind, the symbols are clear and easy, the color blocks help, there are less confetti or none at all and they are so easy to read and refer to. Except for a handful huge endeavors such as Nova Orbis Tabula most of our designs are perfect for beginners or advanced stitchers.


14-count vs 18-count Aida?

The difference between 14-count and 18-count Aida fabric is in the size of the squares or holes, which directly impacts the level of detail and size of the final cross-stitch piece:

1. 14-count Aida: This fabric has 14 squares (or stitches) per inch. It is often recommended for beginners because the squares are larger, making it easier to see and work with. The finished design will be slightly bigger compared to 18-count.

2. 18-count Aida: This fabric has 18 squares (or stitches) per inch. Since the squares are smaller, the stitches will be tighter, resulting in a more detailed design. However, it might be more challenging to stitch on, especially for those with less experien
