Starry Night over the Rhône is a stunning oil painting created by Vincent van Gogh in September 1888. This work is often regarded as a companion piece to his more famous The Starry Night, painted the following year. Set in Arles, France, the painting captures a tranquil nighttime scene along the Rhône River, illuminated by the glow of gaslight and the stars above.

14-count vs 18-count Aida

14-count Aida: 14 stitches per inch; larger holes make it easier for beginners. Finished pieces are bigger.

18-count Aida: 18 stitches per inch; smaller holes give more detail but can be harder to work with. Finished pieces are smaller.

Is your design printed on fabric?

All of our designs are Counted Cross Stitch, not stamped, so you will need to refer to the chart and stitch on a blank Aida fabric.

Beautiful colours
