Michelangelo's The Creation of Adam, part of the Sistine Chapel's ceiling in Vatican City, stands as one of the most iconic and revered works of art. Completed around 1512, this fresco vividly depicts God surrounded by angels, his right hand reaching out to touch Adam's left hand. The scene is powerful and dynamic, with God in motion and Adam passively awaiting the divine spark of life.

14-count vs 18-count Aida

14-count Aida: 14 stitches per inch; larger holes make it easier for beginners. Finished pieces are bigger.

18-count Aida: 18 stitches per inch; smaller holes give more detail but can be harder to work with. Finished pieces are smaller.

Is your design printed on fabric?

All of our designs are Counted Cross Stitch, not stamped, so you will need to refer to the chart and stitch on a blank Aida fabric.
