Promotions are limited time offers that are automatically applied at checkout. Promotions are shared first via our newsletter and then to our social media, and website. If there are mutiple promotions on our website, only the best promotion will apply to your cart. Promotions are not stackable.

Discount codes are exclusive offers sent directly to individual customers, such as when joining as a member or during special events. First-time kit buyers also receive a special lifetime code for all future orders. These Discount codes can be stacked with any current promotion.

You can choose to have gift wrap for individual kits or for your whole order.

- If you select gift wrap for just one kit (for example, out of 5), only that kit will be wrapped.

- If you’d like 2 or 3 kits wrapped together in one package or the whole order wrapped together, please leave instructions in the notes section at checkout.

14-count Aida: 14 stitches per inch; larger holes make it easier for beginners. Finished pieces are bigger.

18-count Aida: 18 stitches per inch; smaller holes give more detail but can be harder to work with. Finished pieces are smaller.

All of our designs are Counted Cross Stitch, not stamped, so you will need to refer to the chart and stitch on a blank Aida fabric.

Perfect for a hobbyist

I loved the design of the kit, and the delivery process was really smooth and quick. I'm a hobbyist and by no means the most proficient cross-stitcher, but I ran out of thread for most of the colours before I could finish the squares in the design so I would have wished for more threads to come with the kit.

Hi Charlene, we are sorry that you run out of threads. We usually give about 50% more threads but with the current situation, suppliers are not able to give us threads on time and some colors are even totally out of stock. Hence we have had to reduce our extra threads to 30%. Below is a guideline on how not to run out of threads with our designs now included in every printed chart with a lot.

Important:
We give extra 30% threads for every kit but to ensure that threads are enough, we advise NOT TO MOVE from one stitch to another far stitch. It is best to end the stitch before moving to another area with the same color.
