Apples in a Basket by Levi Wells Prentice is a beautifully detailed still-life painting that captures Prentice's extraordinary skill in realism, particularly in the Trompe-l'œil style, which aims to create a “deceive the eye” effect. Painted in the late 19th century, this work showcases Prentice’s hallmark precision and dedication to detail, especially in his portrayal of fruit, baskets, and nature. You can choose to have gift wrap for individual kits or for your whole order.

- If you select gift wrap for just one kit (for example, out of 5), only that kit will be wrapped.

- If you’d like 2 or 3 kits wrapped together in one package or the whole order wrapped together, please leave instructions in the notes section at checkout.

14-count Aida: 14 stitches per inch; larger holes make it easier for beginners. Finished pieces are bigger.

18-count Aida: 18 stitches per inch; smaller holes give more detail but can be harder to work with. Finished pieces are smaller.

All of our designs are Counted Cross Stitch, not stamped, so you will need to refer to the chart and stitch on a blank Aida fabric.
